How Do People Live This Way?

I don’t know if I have ever been this cold in my life. It was 11 degrees when I was walking across campus today. Then came the wind. I think the wind chill made the “real feel” temperature to 0. Zero degrees. That is so below freezing. What happened to global warming and “it never gets too cold in DC?”

I had to take my mittens off for about 90 seconds to get my car keys from my bag. In those moments, my hand became red and I started to loose feeling in my fingers. Why did I move away from Florida?
